PBM-15 groove machine is specially designed for plate groove and
chamfer, and it is a hand-propelled groove processing tool. It is
suitable for
chamfering metal plate and groove processing before welding. Light
weight
(compared with similar products), small vibration, easy to operate,
safe
and reliable.
Operation and maintenance
1. Check whether the guide bearing is installed correctly according
to the desired Angle of skew, whether
the fixed plate meets the thickness requirements of the workpiece,
and whether the template meets the
requirements of cutting bevel. Turn the eccentric shaft with a
hexagonal lever to see if the drive piece is
moving normally.
2. For large and heavy workpieces, the groove machine USES manual
guidance, that is, the tool moves
and the workpiece does not move; For small workpieces, the beveling
machine is fixed and the workpiece
is pushed forward by hand.
3. For the groove opening of convex and round workpieces, install
the adjustable bracket with two small
wheels on the end face of the template, and the small wheels will
roll along the surface of the workpiece;
For flat workpiece, one guide wheel can be installed on the end
face of the template.
4. During processing, the tool axis should be basically parallel to
the workpiece edge, and the auxiliary
handle on the guide support should be applied to make the tool
press to the workpiece edge.
5. Regularly oil the lubrication points of guide supports and
supports.
The knife must be sharp. The knife has two cutting edges and can be
used on the other side when it is
blunt. When both sides are dull, remove and regrind. The total
length of the regrinding is 10mm. If the
length of the cutter is 95mm, it cannot be used.
7. When the groove machine is used for 200 ~ 300h, the gear box
must be unpacked and refueled, and
the motor shall be repaired.
